Order Contract Formation

Orders made through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. The Sex Box may choose at any time to cancel your order, with a full refund issued. Officially, no contract will exist between yourself and The Sex Box until your order has been dispatched. 

How long will it take to recieve my order?

We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days.

 

How will my package arrive?

Here at The Sex Box we believe it is very important to remain discrete. Your purchases will show up on your bank statements as 'TSBX'. All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to its contents. 

Delivery Information

Once orders are processed, products that are in stock are dispatched within one working day. Our average delivery times are 3-5 working days. We offer two options for delivery, which subject to changes. 

On the rare occasion we are out of stock, products would be expected to be dispatched in around 7 days. If there is a manufacturing delay, you will be notified. We will endeavour to update our stock levels daily to reduce the risk of disappointing our customers.

Age of Consent

By purchasings products from The Sex Box you declare that you are 18 years of age or above.

The Sex Box is under no obligation to accept or process any orders for those that are below the age of 18 years old.

Waste Electrical Equipment (WEEE) Regulations

Waste Electrical Equipment (WEEE) Regulations state that all electrical equipemnt must be disposed of at a designated electrical waste collection centre and no your regular waste bin. This includes any electronic goods sold by The Sex Box. Upon purchase, you are agreeing to follow these regulations.
